Over the last 5 years, Steel Cup Café has been incredibly fortunate by the amazing community that has formed around it. As a scratch kitchen and coffee house we ensure that every decision we make is in the best interest of that community.

Tucked into the Artcraft Manor neighborhood is Steel Cup Cafe, a breakfast and lunch spot that has quickly distinguished itself among other Long Beach favorites. Since our doors first opened in May 2019, our owners have poured their hearts and souls into bringing their community together under one roof. Marc Chitwood, created the menu with both quality and craftsmanship to his beautiful interpretations of beloved café favorites. He continues to led his expertise and advice to improve and adapt the menu. Nicholas Stoks’s coffee program offers a selection of specialty drinks and organic roasts that are fair trade, organic, and Rainforest Alliance certified. Our unique, yet simplistic approach to casual fare has earned Steel Cup Café great ratings on Yelp and Google.

Steel Cup Café offers an extensive selection artisan sandwiches and wraps, colorful salads, and decadent brunch plates, as well as a variety of fresh-baked pastries and grab-and-go options. Our atmosphere is an unexpected blend of rustic and raw, organic and industrial, making it the perfect place for working over lunch, studying for exams, or meeting friends for coffee.

At Steel Cup Café, we believe that protecting our planet is of the utmost importance, and are proud to be doing our part as an environmentally sustainable business by partnering with local and small-scale farmers, operating energy-efficient technology, and refusing the use of single-use plastics in favor of 100% biodegradable, plant-based alternatives.
